We are delighted to announce that Old Time Strength UK has reached an agreement with Cerberus Strength to become their manufacturer for tacky, remover, smelling salts, liquid chalk & other exciting products.

COVID-19 Update 2

Hope you are all safe and well in these uncertain and anxious times. We just wanted to provide an update based on yesterday's announcement by her Majesty's Government.

1. There is no stipulation on when any gym can open and we are no exception. Some hospitality elements can potentially reopen from 1st July assuming the rate of progress continues in the fight against the disease. No objective assessment of this situation can lead to anything other than understanding gyms will not be open in May, June or July based on the announcement on the 10th May 2020. Lower Back Rehab Method

In 2013 and 2014 I suffered lower back herniations in L4-L5. The first injury occurred in the gym with my friend Neil Porter and I passed out with the pain for a few seconds. I couldn't even get in and out of my car properly. I couldn't train for 8 weeks. 

I got back into training without correcting the initial problem and it happened again. I realised then that to resurrect my training and strongman competitions I'd have to resolve the problem. Trouble is, I couldn't afford massage, chiro or any other physical therapy.

Hi everyone,

We hope that you are keeping well and safe in these uncertain and worrying times. Unfortunately, we have been personally hit by this pandemic and lost some very important people in our lives.

We took steps at the start of the lockdown to secure our business for the future. The gym closed and we thank the members for their ongoing support. We allowed kit to to be taken from the gym to enable people to continue their workouts. The remaining kit has been auctioned off and will be reinvested in the gym this month with new plates, bars...
