- One 1 Hr Session per week x 4 weeks = £114 save 5%

Online personalised training plans based on weight training or for your specific sport - Powerlifting, Strongman/woman or just general fitness or weight loss etc. Support via Facebook page & Instagram message as an when needed. Training video analysis for feedback, form/technique check.
