Who is your coach?
Vincent "Vinny" Jones is a multi-podium Opens level Strongman with previous experience of Olympic lifting via his military background and is seeking a place at the Masters Olympics. Until then, he continues with Strongman & will enter the Powerlifting world in 2021 attempting to qualify for the European Championships.
"I started off lifting in 2012 when I was 25 stone, out of shape, pre-diabetic and miserable. I lost 8 stone & entered my first Strongman comps. After winning England's Most Powerful Man (Novices) in 2013, I pushed onto regional comps and winning titles such as Merseyside's Strongest Man & North Wales & Cheshire's Strongest Man multiple times.
I have competed in the UK qualifiers and despite overcoming 3 surgeries in that time and some horrendous personal circumstances lifting has shaped me into the man I am today.
I can help with all of your goals whether it is competing or overall wellness. I have a wealth of knowledge from worldwide travel lifting with first class coaches and athletes. Chances are I know most of the tricks to push you beyond your limits"
